This is a beautiful embossed cake with hand cut-out lettering that I did for a photoshoot with http://www.jakefitzjones.com/
Its made with a recipe that involves a high cocoa chocolate milkshake (oh yeah) and mascarpone – its probably in my top five favourite recipes…what do you think of the way it looks?
I’ve also done ones which read “I thought you didn’t like cake” and “its not for you, its for me”…
