Its a CAKE PIE, way better than a cupcake cause its big enough to share / pig out on! The size of an individual pie, made with fresh lemon zest (not flavour) and decorated with NEON embossed fondant…nice.

Sugar flowers - love them!

I’ve had to dig out the old sugar flower making skills recently…lovely to be stretching a different creative muscle!

So here are a couple of close ups of a sugar flower made using a dog rose cutter…which can be made to look a wee bit like an open peony too.
